Marshall Ring, Chief Executive Officer
Marshall has been involved in company formation and commercializing early-stage technologies since the late 90s. He is committed to providing executive mentoring, and building a strong network for BCC member companies. He has great reach into many national markets, service providers, and investors. Marshall holds a Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Management specializing in Community Economic Development. He also holds an undergraduate Honours Degree in Cultural Anthropology. |

Mark Matthewson, Chief Financial Officer
Mark is the founder of MKM Management Services, a company that holds a strong partnership with BCC. Mark provides BCC member companies with finance, accounting, income tax, marketing, and management services. He has tackled valuations, sourced debt, grants, equity, mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, national market surveys, and 10K and OSC reporting. His role is to assist BCC member companies from the planning stage, all the way to their first initial public stock offering. |

Gord Blaine, Business Strategy & Planning
Gord has 25+ years of experience helping lead and manage the growth of small and medium sized firms across a varying cross section of the IT industry. His range of experience incorporates technical, delivery, sales and management roles in both product and services based businesses, operating in both public and private market segments. Gord helps BCC member companies plan for these capabilities, as well as helping with their overall business strategy and plan. |

W. John Bulman, Chairman
A lifelong citizen of Winnipeg, John Bulman, C.M., LL.D., is well-recognized across Canada for his leadership, his focus on progress and unwavering commitment to community development. The now retired past-chairman and president of The Bulman Group Limited, John continues to be actively involved in the business community. He is also the chairman and a director of the Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company and a member of the Manitoba Securities Commission. |

Wilson Parasiuk
Wilson is President of Paralink Management Ltd., which organizes private and public partnerships devoted to the export of Canada's health care, education, energy and general management expertise.
Before Paralink, Wilson served as President, CEO and Deputy Chairman of Interhealth Canada Limited. He has also served as Chairman of the British Columbia International Power Group, Chairman and CEO of the British Columbia Trade Development Corporation, and President of Vancity Enterprises. Wilson is involved as a director of various organizations including Interhealth Canada Limited, The Quorum Group, The Public Policy Forum, The Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on Government Restructuring, and he is also Member, Senior Advisory Committee on Governance Innovations for a group of Asian nations. He holds a Master of Arts from both the University of Manitoba and the University of Oxford, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar. |

Don Gerhardt
Don is the President and CEO of LifeScience Alley, and has held many roles in the health care industry. These include CEO at MedCenters Health Plan, Administrator at Michigan State University medical facilities, Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, and an officer for a high tech health care data company. He has also served with several international health care businesses.
Don is a faculty member at the University of St. Thomas, and sits on the Advisory Boards of the University of Minnesota's Biomedical Engineering Institute, the College of Pharmacy, the Institute of Technology, and the Greater Minneapolis Convention and Visitors Association. Don sits on the board for two medical technology companies, is a frequent speaker and contributing writer to health care related articles and books.
Don attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, received a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Colorado, and completed postgraduate studies in finance and statistics from Ohio State University. |

| Diane Gray
Diane Gray is the President and CEO of CentrePort Canada Inc, Canada’s first inland port which encompasses 20,000 acres in the North West quadrant of Winnipeg, Manitoba. From 1995 to 2009, Diane worked for the Province of Manitoba with many roles, such as Deputy Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister of Federal-Provincial and International Relations, and Deputy Minister of Trade. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba's and University of Winnipeg's Joint Master of Public Administration Program and has an undergraduate degree in political studies from the University of Manitoba. |

William E. Watchorn
William E. Watchorn is a Financial Executive who has over 31 years experience in senior financial and operating management positions. In 1991, he led the management buyout of the Industrial Group of Federal Industries Ltd., creating ENSIS Corporation. Prior to establishing ENSIS Corporation, he was CFO of Federal Industries Ltd. and held senior management positions with Torstar Corporation, Selkirk Holdings Limited, Foundation Group of Companies, CanWest Capital Corporation, and Kaiser Resources Ltd. Additionally, William serves on the Board of Directors of the CSA Group, a not-for-profit association that includes the Canadian Standards Association.
