Fermion has patented and developed a disruptive, platform technology based on sensing electromagnetic radiation from matter. The Fermion sensor can “see” the molecular magnetic signatures, or fingerprints of: (1) Chemical substances and chemical reactions, (2) Biological substances and biological reactions, and (3) Radioactivity, based on substance specific electromagnetic radiation characteristics. Fermion has received third party validation on the technology and is now working to complete a proof-of-concept prototype. The first market Fermion will exploit is explosive detection. Fermion possesses strong competitive advantage in performance and price in this market. U.S. defense contractors and the Canadian government have expressed interest in the Fermion technology.
